**CTAA Certification Service Overview**
Participants will gain foundational knowledge in:
1. Safe and proper operation of wheelchair lifts or ramps.
2. Correct wheelchair securement and safety practices.
3. Required securement devices.
4. Ensuring passenger safety and sensitivity.
Session takes place in a practical, real-world environment, typically using a simulator or within your (WAV) vehicle, with demonstrations conducted inside the vehicle. Attendees gain valuable hands-on experience. Duration: Approximately 1-2 hours (depending on the number of participants). Support materials include vehicle-specific printed and electronic resources, as well as instructional videos.
